Brand & Values
I come from a community where neglect is as normal as breathing. Be it on yourself, your family or your peers. Drugs, substance abuse along with teenage pregnancy is as normal as going to the shop.
These are usual characteristics found in many communities all over Africa and the world. This I discovered during my travels as a Flight Attendant. It opened my eyes and I started viewing everything as possibilities.
I started to notice the hunger for knowledge and assistance from eyes in the community. Amongst the elderly, my peers and the youth there was a thirst for motivation, inspiration and development.
I took it upon myself to assist where I could, but in order to be effective, I had to empower and develop myself to create sustainable change. Education comes in all shapes and sizes. One does not necessary need book smarts to accomplish your goals. Life skills and Coaching together with book smarts makes an unbeatable team.
At my employment, Branding and Values were part of our everyday life. We had to live it every day, so much so that it became part of my home life too and filtered through to my family.

Nenneh Fredah Gomez
I joined the advocacy for the employment and inclusion of women in leadership roles when I did my research and found out the historically, the role of women has been relegated to that of cheerleaders and unfortunately this is still predominantly the case. Given the high price women disproportionately pay for ‘privilege’ of bad governance, I thought it’s about time this representation deficit is levelled in the interest of all citizens but particularly for women.

Nesisa Nwewa
My name is Nesisa Moyo, a wife and a mother of 2 handsome little boys, I am also a young visionary lady full of life. Growing up, I have always loved pageantry, entered a few but never made it anywhere. When I got married it felt like my dream of pageantry was shuttered, soon fell pregnant and I thought that’s it, it’s over, fell pregnant again and this time I took my dream and parked it far away. There is power in a dream, I dreamt once, and that dream was always there somewhere in my heart. One day I decided to unlock it, and it came with lots of fear, judgment, inferiority kicking in, etc. The long and short of it, I was crowned Mrs Universe Africa 2019, proceeded to Guangzhou, China, to represent Africa at the 42nd World Mrs Universe Pageant. From my reign, I founded an NPO named African Child Alive, as well as Migethan Pageants which runs Miss Teen & Miss Mogul InterAfrica. This year we received calls from mothers who wanted their little girls to also be groomed through our pageant, and therefore we introduced Miss Petite Mogul InterAfrica 2023. I am very passionate about grooming and mentoring young girls who turn into strong, beautiful and confident women - responsible members of the society. I enjoy speaking and encouraging women who once had a dream and feel like it’s not possible because they’re now married or because they have kids. If you still believe in your dream, it’ll always unfold and come to reality. Apart from beauty I am an academic, I write articles for one of our Nursing Updates, DENOSA. I hold a Master’s Degree in Nursing Education with the University of Johannesburg. I plan to pursue my carrier in obtaining a PhD in Nursing Management. I have applied already with UNISA, sent through my proposal and awaiting response. I am currently working for the Clinix Health Group as a Theatre Manager at Day Hospital in Johannesburg.
